Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging and condition.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality-control reasons, used microfiber towels, wash mitts, opened liquids, and used detailing products cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
